Seismic Restraint Designer

The Opportunity

As our backlog of work increases, we are seeking a Seismic Restraint Designer to continue to grow and shape the success of our Structural team in Bangkok, Thailand. Work with clients to understand their project brief and technical requirements.

Set up, prepare and produce coordinated C&S BIM models. Primarily using Autodesk Revit (and other related software e.g. Navisworks)

Coordinate with other disciplines and the various programmes/file types they use (12D, MicroStation, Point Clouds etc.).

Collaborate with team members to meet project deliverables and timelines

Produce high quality engineering drawings that exceed company and industry standards

Participate in sharing of knowledge and information with other team members.

About You

You’re a Revit enthusiast with 3+ years of experience who loves BIM, coordinated cross discipline 3D models, and smart digital workflows. You thrive in cloud based environments like Autodesk Construction Cloud and enjoy pushing technology to make projects smoother and smarter. You’re not interested in going backwards; AutoCAD is not where you want to spend your time. Shaping the future of how we design and deliver projects and sharing this knowledge with your colleagues genuinely excites you.

Strong English communication skills is also a must for this role (TOEIC 500+, IELTS 5.0+).
