• Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Wartung und Instandsetzung von Fahrzeugen und technischem Zubehör im Bereich der LKW-Reparaturwerkstatt.
• Die Planung und Durchführung von gesetzlichen Prüfungen (HU, SP, AU, UVV, Tacho-/Gasprüfungen) fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
• In Vertretung der Werkstattleitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von derzeit fünf Mitarbeitenden sowie die Ausbildung der Kfz-Mechatroniker in Ihrem Bereich.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit der Werkstattleitung zusammen und sind eingebunden bei der Durchführung von Projekten (z. B. bei der Einführung neuer Technik oder Software).
• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung sowie zusätzlich über eine Fachausbildung zum Kfz-Meister.
• Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist langjährige Berufserfahrung erforderlich.
• Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit und besitzen ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz.
• Idealerweise haben Sie diverse Fachlehrgänge absolviert (z. B. Bremsen und EDC, UVV-Abnahmen, AU, SP, Befähigte Person).
• Sie sind im Besitz des Führerscheins Kl. CE und haben die Befähigung zur Durchführung von Tachoprüfungen.
