We're looking for an eCommerce Merchant who is passionate about digital merchandising, ecommerce strategy, and delivering an exceptional online customer experience that drives conversion and revenue growth.

You won't just merchandise products online—you'll help shape the digital storefront that represents the BEDGEAR® brand and influences every customer's shopping journey.

    What You'll Do
As our eCommerce Merchant, you'll be responsible for executing the merchandising strategy across BEDGEAR's direct-to-consumer ecommerce platforms while partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, Product Merchants, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a high-performing digital storefront.

Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
    eCommerce Merchandising & Category Ownership

    • Ensure product detail pages align with brand standards, pricing strategy, and conversion best practices.
    • Maintain overall site hygiene, accuracy, and merchandising integrity.

    Promotional Strategy & Execution

    • Support and execute promotional strategies across the ecommerce platform.
    • Coordinate site-wide and category-specific promotions from planning through launch.
    • Ensure alignment between on-site messaging, paid media, email, SMS, and campaign landing pages.
    • Monitor promotional performance and recommend optimization actions.

    Performance Analysis & Optimization

    • Track and analyze KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), revenue per visitor, and category growth.
    • Identify performance trends, revenue opportunities, and friction points.
    • Provide actionable insights to leadership to improve digital performance.
    • Continuously test and refine merchandising tactics to drive measurable growth.

    Competitive & Pricing Awareness

    • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis including pricing, assortment, and promotional positioning.
    • Maintain pricing awareness and escalate risks or opportunities based on market shifts.
    • Apply competitive insights to inform category and promotional decisions.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Paid Media teams to translate campaign strategy into site execution.
    • Align merchandising calendars with broader business initiatives.
    • Communicate performance results and execution updates clearly across stakeholders.
    • Ensure seamless coordination between strategy and execution.
