Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM –8:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Antioch, CA

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses
- Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
- Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions.
- Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies.
- Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned.
- Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs.
- Maintain required training trackers and session documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active RBT certification.
- Previous ABA/BT experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and support other BTs.
- Reliable and comfortable taking initiative.
- Saturday availability required.
