CAD Drafter — Custom Cabinetry

This role sits between design intent and engineering. You translate design concept from internal and external customers into Bell-standard product configurations. We need an architectural eye: someone who can speak the designer’s language and still protect what engineering and the shop have to build next. Designers own concept and finishes. The CAD Drafter owns the first buildable Bell model and the drawings that carry intent. Engineering owns construction, machining, and release.
Starting wage depends on the role, location, education, training, and experience. Construction Resources also offers competitive benefits.
