About the Role

The Project Management Associate supports new subscriber launches, expansions, and complex initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking milestones and dependencies, following up with task owners, preparing communications and meeting materials, and escalating risks or blockers. Primarily focused on internal project coordination and execution, this role helps customer-facing teams stay aligned and keeps delivery on track. Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and regularly update project plans, timelines, milestones, task owners, dependencies, action items, and related information in project tracking tools.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across internal teams, translating project and implementation direction into clear, trackable activities with defined responsibilities, due dates, and next steps.
• Monitor project progress, follow up with task owners on upcoming, incomplete, or overdue commitments, and help drive activities through completion.
• Identify schedule, scope, resource, quality, and dependency risks, escalating issues or blockers to project leadership when appropriate.
• Schedule project meetings and workstream discussions, prepare internal and customer-facing materials, and document decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records, including plans, presentations, status reports, meeting recordings, decisions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and functional leads to track testing requirements, deployment-readiness activities, dependencies, and completion status.
• Participate in customer meetings as appropriate, supporting project leadership with preparation, documentation, follow-up, and execution tracking rather than independently leading discussions.
• Support the consistent use of project management standards, templates, playbooks, and delivery processes.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in project coordination, reporting, documentation, and follow-up processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation PMO, operations, customer onboarding, or a related role.

• Exposure to using AI tools for managing projects is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, cross-cultural, and geographically distributed teams.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate project plans, trackers, meeting records, and supporting documentation.

• Strong follow-through, with the ability to proactively engage stakeholders, obtain updates, and drive commitments to closure.

• Ability to identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and emerging issues and communicate them clearly and promptly.

• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and recognize when escalation is needed.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and common software development methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud-based client-server environments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, or comparable productivity and collaboration tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Quality, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required, along with relevant industry experience.
