Standard administrative schedule with occasional evening and weekend work required during recruitment cycles and events Positions Supervised: Approximately 3 to 5 admissions staff Position Summary The Director of Admission provides strategic leadership for the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of students into the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with institutional mission and enrollment goals.
The Director ensures compliance with COCA accreditation standards and all applicable regulatory and institutional requirements, while utilizing data-driven decision-making to optimize recruitment outcomes and applicant quality. Ensures alignment of all admissions strategies and decisions with the mission and values of the School of Osteopathic Medicine.
