POSITION SUMMARY
The Residence Hall Director (RD) provides leadership of a male residence hall on campus ranging from 140 to 200 male resident students in a manner that complements the mission of Benedictine College and as a team member of the Student Life Office. The RD has primary responsibility for the daily operation and atmosphere of the residence hall. This is achieved by maintaining a living environment in which the maximum education, social, personal, and faith development of the residents can be realized.
