    Job description

    Meet Benevity

Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

As our Demand Generation Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketer driving our Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to generate a high-converting pipeline for Benevity’s global business. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, designing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies that elevate brand engagement and support revenue goals. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will combine data-driven insights with creative execution to deliver exceptional client experiences while expanding our impact.

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies across webinars, email campaigns, and paid channels

    • Align enterprise marketing initiatives with company-wide goals to maximize pipeline growth and revenue

    • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and target market insights into actionable campaigns

    • Lead multi-channel campaigns that deliver engaging, outcome-focused experiences for prospective clients

    • Collaborate with channel partners to identify and execute the most effective media mix for target audiences

    • Own lead volume and pipeline targets, ensuring high-quality conversions that translate directly to business growth

    • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign execution

    • Evaluate campaign performance using key analytics to continually optimize marketing programs

    • Share data-driven insights and strategic recommendations with leadership to enhance overall results

    What you’ll bring:

    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles within B2B software or Enterprise SaaS

    • Demonstrated success in designing and managing full-funnel enterprise marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth

    • Hands-on proficiency with key CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot

    • Familiarity or experience with modern growth and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Clay

    • Collaborative leadership approach with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals

    • Strong analytical mind with a track record of translating marketing metrics into actionable campaign improvements

    • Inclusive, clear communication style for sharing insights and influencing partners without direct authority

    • Self-starter mindset paired with strong organizational skills to balance high-priority deliverables effectively
