    Essential Functions of the Job:

    Project Leadership & Delivery

    • Lead the full project lifecycle as a PM for Finance Technology initiatives (initiate → plan → execute → test → deploy → stabilize).
    • Develop and maintain integrated project plans across workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical path, cutover, and hypercare.
    • Run governance routines including status reporting, steering committee updates, decision logs, and executive‑ready communications.
    • Own scope management, change control, RAID tracking, escalation management, and corrective action planning.

    Stakeholder & Vendor Management

    • Drive alignment across Finance, Treasury, Controllership, Internal Audit, IT, and external vendors through structured workshops and communications.
    • Translate finance business objectives into executable technology delivery plans.
    • Manage delivery partners and vendors, including SOW milestones, deliverable acceptance, financial tracking, and issue resolution.

    Solution Implementation

    • Lead implementations and enhancements across Finance Technology platforms, including:
      • SAP Finance (FI/CO, GL, AP/AR integrations)
      • Financial Close, Reconciliation, and Controls platforms (e.g., BlackLine or comparable)
      • Treasury and Cash Management systems (e.g., Kyriba or comparable)
    • Coordinate integrations with ERP, banking partners, data warehouses, and upstream/downstream systems.
    • Oversee data readiness, migration, environment coordination, and release management.
    • Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT), deployment readiness, training, and user adoption.

    Quality, Risk, and Outcomes

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, financial controls, security, compliance, audit readiness, and operational continuity.
    • Partner with Finance and Audit stakeholders to ensure control impacts are understood and addressed during delivery.
    • Track post‑go‑live outcomes, stabilization metrics, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of technology project management experience delivering enterprise solutions (implementation and/or major enhancements).
    • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project/program certification.
    • Strong delivery discipline: planning, RAID, change control, financial/budget awareness, and stakeholder communications.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners/vendors.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC / implementation lifecycle; able to coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior Finance Technology implementation experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO), BlackLine, Kyriba, or comparable finance/treasury platforms.
    • Experience coordinating ERP and finance system integrations, data migration, and global rollouts.
    • Familiarity with finance transformation challenges, including process standardization, controls alignment, localization, and change management.
    • Experience working with PMO tooling, delivery dashboards, and executive‑level reporting.
