Join Our Underwriting Team as a Key Operations Partner!

We're looking for an Underwriting Coordinator to support our Singapore underwriting team. This role combines underwriting operations, data coordination and administrative support, helping underwriters deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Underwriting Operations & Data Support

You'll play an important role in supporting our underwriting team through a variety of operational and coordination activities, including:

• Preparing renewal notices, draft quotation letters and underwriting documentation

• Maintaining accurate underwriting records, portfolio data, renewal trackers and pipeline information

• Managing internal system entries to support risk evaluation and transaction processing

• Producing data insights and reports that support underwriting decisions and management reporting

• Supporting marketing and distribution activities that contribute to business growth

• Coordinating with our offshore underwriting support team to ensure post-binding activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels

• Monitoring data quality and identifying opportunities to improve workflow visibility and reporting

The Candidate - Skills, Qualifications & Experience

What we’re looking for

We're seeking an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, business support or a similar administrative role. You'll be comfortable working with data, have strong organisational skills and enjoy collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.

Essential

• Certificate in Administration or a related business discipline

• Experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, business support, data coordination or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-focused approach

Highly Regarded

• Qualifications or study in General Insurance, Business IT, Information Systems or Computer Science studies
• Experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI-enabled productivity tools or workflow improvement technologies
