Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and fixture malfunctions
Install and replace plumbing components including sinks, faucets, toilets, and valves
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues to minimize disruption to store operations
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and health regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used
Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed
Monitor water usage and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements

Job Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
3+ years experience of plumbing or maintenance experience preferred
Able to work well on a team
Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Demonstrable knowledge and skills for plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Benefits:

Pay Rate: $18 - $45 per hour, depending on experience
