Sun, Tues & Thurs  4p-8p  12 hrs/wk

Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat  4p-8p  16 hrs/wk

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals.
• Perform medical treatment when necessary, i.e. temperatures, blood pressures, etc.
• Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.
• Make referrals for appropriate health care and dental needs if applicable.
• Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services

• Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 2 years’ experience.   At least two years working in the field of  developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
