Berman Kia is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive financing who is committed to delivering a top-tier customer experience while maximizing profitability.
Pay: $150,000-$200,000+ annually
Location: Lincolnwood, IL
Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers
- Work with a wide network of lenders to secure competitive financing terms
- Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet and exceed performance goals
- Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales and financing

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required
- Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with menu-selling and dealership software
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
