SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the Drive-thru purchasing three (3) and five (5) gallon bottles of water and bottled water accessories, or redirect customers as required.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Remove customers’ empty water bottles from their vehicles, inspect each bottle, verify purchases, and accurately process transactions using a handheld computer device.
- Safely lift and carry full water bottles weighing up to forty-five (45) lbs., including the ability to carry two (2) bottles at a time when required.
- Balance daily sales and cash, including proofing computer printouts and reconciling credit and debit card transactions (Drive-Thru Only).
- Maintain accurate daily records of bottles of Pure Water received from the manufacturing plant and reconcile physical inventory on an ongoing basis.
- Keep the Drive-thru area clean, tidy and organized.
- Assist customers with the handling of heavy items such as three (3) and five (5) gallon water bottles, water coolers, water heaters, water pumps, and piping when needed.
- Be flexible to support the team by assisting in the Bottling Plant or with bottled water deliveries when required.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or G.E.D., preferably with previous experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations and process transactions accurately without computer assistance. A skills test may be administered.
- Must meet the physical requirements to safely and effectively perform the required duties including exposure to water and noise, heavy lifting/moving, standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Available to work a 40-hour week, including every Saturday.
- Available to work overtime, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and respond to emergencies as required.
ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DRIVERS
Key Responsibilities For All Sales Representatives
- Serve customers at the Drive-thru purchasing three (3) and five (5) gallon bottles of water and bottled water accessories, or redirect customers as required.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Remove customers’ empty water bottles from their vehicles, inspect each bottle, verify purchases, and accurately process transactions using a handheld computer device.
- Safely lift and carry full water bottles weighing up to forty-five (45) lbs., including the ability to carry two (2) bottles at a time when required.
- Maintain accurate daily records of bottles of Pure Water received from the manufacturing plant and reconcile physical inventory on an ongoing basis.
- Keep the Drive-thru area clean, tidy and organized.
- Assist customers with the handling of heavy items up to 45 lbs such as water bottles, water coolers, water heaters, water pumps, and piping when needed.
- Be flexible to support the team by assisting in the Bottling Plant or with bottled water deliveries when required.
Key Responsibilities for Drivers Also Include
- Complete timely delivery of bottled water and accessories island-wide.
- Carefully and safely load, unload, count and reconcile all products.
- Report to the dispatcher any delays or missed deliveries on the scheduled route.
- Calculate and input accurate sales figures for all products delivered, including accurately recording payments received, using a handheld device.
- Obtain customer signature on all invoices upon delivery.
- Promote Pure Water bottled water, products and accessories while providing polite, courteous and friendly customer service and acting as an ambassador for the Company.

- High school diploma or G.E.D., preferably with previous experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Must meet the physical requirements to safely and effectively perform the required duties including exposure to water and noise, heavy lifting/moving, standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For Within Drivers Also Includes
In addition to the Sales Representative requirements above, Route Sales Representative Drivers must:
- Possess a valid intermediate truck driver’s license (heavy license preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate tools and equipment is required.
- Ability to calculate and input accurate sales figures for all products delivered, including accurately recording payments received, using a handheld device. A skills test may be administered.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must always carry a two-way radio and/or mobile phone to respond to requests from the dispatcher.
All team members are expected to act as ambassadors for the Company by providing courteous, friendly service and promoting Pure Water products and accessories. All applicants will be required to receive an application waiver form upon their submission of employment.
