BermudAir is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Control Coordinator to join our dynamic Technical Operations team. This key role is essential to ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of aircraft maintenance across our growing network, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable fleet operations.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Control Coordinator, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across BermudAir's fleet using TRAXXALL or similar maintenance management systems. Working closely with Maintenance Control, Engineering, Line and Base Maintenance, and other operational teams, you will ensure scheduled maintenance is planned efficiently, resources and spares are available, and all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review maintenance forecasts and plan scheduled maintenance efficiently across the fleet
• Ensure required resources, tooling, and spares are identified and available for maintenance inputs
• Create and issue work packages and work orders using TRAXXALL or similar maintenance management systems
• Ensure compliance with CAMO requirements and the correct completion and certification of maintenance documentation
• Support the archiving and maintenance of completed work packages and work orders
• Deputize for the Maintenance Control Duty Engineer as required
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Engineering, Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, and other teams to maintain operational effectiveness and compliance
• Monitor maintenance planning activities and identify potential issues that may impact aircraft availability
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes, systems, and procedures
• Support effective maintenance management and operational planning across the BermudAir network

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, forecasting, and scheduling
• Knowledge of Critical Task and CDCCL fundamentals
• Previous Part M/CAMO experience within the aviation industry
• Experience with TRAXXALL or similar maintenance management systems
• Familiarity with OTAR Part 39 or similar aviation regulations
• Understanding of Aircraft Weight and Balance schedules
• Knowledge of MSG-3 Maintenance Task Analysis
• Knowledge of maintenance management and airline operations
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development
