Greensboro, Raleigh or Charlotte, NC or remote We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Credit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal tax consulting and a proven track record of success in managing a team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide tax consulting services as it relates to the Research and Development Tax Credit and the capitalization and amortization rules under IRC Section 174: - Leading technical interviews with client subject matter experts; analyzing accounting information; touring client facilities, and developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative documentation to support project results - Provide exceptional client service by establishing solid rapport with clients and maintaining outstanding client relationships - Manage a team of tax consultants and provide guidance on complex R&D tax issues - Stay up-to-date on changes in federal tax laws and regulations We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
