WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As a Customer Care Specialist - Customer Service Rep, your workweek will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, offering flexibility for extended hours, nights, or weekends when required.

Your day is a dynamic blend of answering customer calls, booking jobs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience. Your adept communication skills shine as you engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence. Proactively reaching out for appointment reminders and maintaining an accurate customer database showcase your initiative and organizational prowess. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is evident as you promptly address service issues and navigate conflict resolution with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in a positive, nurturing manner
• Basic computer skills
• Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
• Highly organized with good attention to detail
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment

Having customer service experience is preferred but not required!
