RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a safe and well-maintained property.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing checks, lighting replacement, and equipment inspections.
- Repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and service requests from guests and staff.
- Identify and report larger repair needs or safety concerns and assist with coordinating repairs as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff.
- Working knowledge of basic trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
