Facilities Administrator

Behind every seamless workspace is a sharp Facilities Administrator keeping operations running smoothly.

The Facilities team delivers environments where people can thrive, managing building infrastructure, helpdesk systems, and workspace logistics across our operations.

This role involves overseeing helpdesk software, maintaining facilities systems, and coordinating administrative workflows to support daily site activities.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, requiring a flexible approach with shifts allocated on a rolling rota of any 4 days from 7.

• Proficiency in CAFM systems and Helpdesk software
• Executing tasks under pressure to meet strict deadlines with absolute attention to detail
• Administration of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
• Managing internal and external stakeholder communications as a primary point of contact
• Time management and organisational capabilities for juggling competing priorities
• Operating independently without supervision while contributing to team objectives

• Act as the primary point of contact for the business and external contractors
• Monitor mailboxes, CAFM, and booking systems to maintain continuous operational support
• Provide administrative assistance to the wider Facilities team
• Coordinate pool vehicle bookings and electric vehicle charging points
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to build structured job plans
• Manage high-priority maintenance jobs through to full resolution
