Job Description:

Contributes to the development of less complex features or components. Following coding standards and best practices, works collaboratively with team members on coding, testing, and debugging tasks. Assists in the design and development of software solutions. Collaborates with senior team members to understand project requirements. Conducts testing to identify and fix software defects. Collaborates with quality assurance teams to ensure software reliability.

Documents code and development processes. Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Analyzes and solves simple or routine programming problems. Learns to troubleshoot and address issues in the software. Follows development processes and procedures. Adheres to coding standards and version control practices. May review code written by peers to ensure adherence to standards. No direct reports. May offer guidance to less experienced colleagues as necessary.

Allocates tasks and monitors the quality of work. Accountable for medium- and long-term tasks, and completion of assigned daily tasks and projects. Works under direct supervision to support small and/or less complex clients and/or projects. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Often a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with the necessary competencies.
