As Head of Global Corporate Campaigns, reporting to the Deputy Comms Director, you will lead the development of Betclic's flagship corporate communication platform, transforming our strategic priorities into integrated communication campaigns that strengthen our reputation, reinforce our positioning and create impact across all our markets.

From defining communication campaign to coordinating creative development and international deployment, you'll play a central role in bringing Betclic's corporate strategy to life and ensure every campaign delivers a consistent and meaningful experience across audiences and markets.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

Design Betclic's corporate communication campaigns

• Develop communication platforms around Betclic's strategic priorities, including Sport, Responsible Gaming, Brand Platform, Technology & Innovation.
• Translate business priorities into compelling communication concepts, defining campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages and success criteria.
• Design integrated communication plans combining earned, owned, paid and experiential activations – in close partnership with the rest of the Communications Team.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders and drive decision-making throughout campaign development.
• Brief and manage our comms agency, overseeing campaign development from strategic planning through production and launch.
• Develop international campaign toolkits and partner with local Communications Managers to successfully adapt and deploy campaigns across markets.
• Ensure every campaign delivers a consistent, impactful and best-in-class communication experience across all audiences and touchpoints.

Drive communication corp campaign excellence across the Group

• Develop campaign playbooks, planning frameworks and communication toolkits that can be shared across markets.
• Support Communications Managers in adapting and executing flagship campaigns locally.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets by promoting best practices and successful case studies.
• Identify opportunities to improve the way we plan, develop and deliver corporate communication programmes.

Measure impact and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure our communication campaigns deliver measurable impact while continuously raising the standard of corporate communications.
• Define campaign KPIs and success metrics.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Produce post-campaign reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor communication trends, emerging formats and audience behaviours.
• Explore new storytelling approaches, AI-powered tools and innovative communication formats to continuously evolve our campaigns.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

The job is for you if :

• You have 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Integrated Communications, Campaign Management or a similar role, either in-house or within a leading agency.
• You have successfully led large-scale corporate communication campaigns from strategic planning through execution.
• You know how to translate complex business priorities into compelling communication concepts and integrated campaigns.
• You have strong experience working with creative, communications and media agencies, from briefing to production and campaign rollout.
• You excel at managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and international teams.
• You combine strategic thinking with exceptional project management skills and flawless execution.
• You're a natural collaborator, able to influence, align and bring people together around ambitious communication projects.
• You're curious, creative and always looking for new ways to elevate corporate communications.
• You're comfortable managing significant budgets and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent French and English are essential.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

• Next, you will meet Louise, Deputy Communications Director (your future manager).
• You will prepare a Case Study.
• Then, you will meet Nathalie, VP Communication and a stakeholder from the Acquisition and/or Marketing team.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
