About role

We're looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team as the first point of contact for our partners' support teams.
In this role you'll provide technical assistance via email and chat (written communication only - no calls).

Your daily tasks will include

• Handling partner requests and inquiries
• Performing systems and service monitoring
• Investigating technical issues (e.g. checking logs, identifying why a game isn't loading)
• Escalating complex cases to relevant teams
• Conducting basic analysis and troubleshooting
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent support quality

Our expectations

• Willingness to work night shifts/weekends/holidays
• Experience in IT helpdesk or similar customer support role
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Lithuanian
• Solid problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Exceptional attention to details
• Team player with proactive and quality-focused attitude
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented and dynamic environment
