Job Title: Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management

We are looking for a Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management who has solid Singapore ' s education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore ' s MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE)；
- Closely monitor students ' progress through regular visits to learning centres；
- Participate in course product design / management discussions ( e . g . curriculum / webinars / subject activities )；
- Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time)；
- Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions)；
- Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.
How You Can Be Qualified:
- Bachelor ' s degree or above;
- 0-3 years of prior teaching/education experience;
- Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry . Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground - up;
- Able to work under pressure and is proactive;
- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication;
- Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posses a growth mindset and eager to learn new things and personal development.
