AI Creative Designer (Marketing Team)

About the team:

We’re looking for an AI Creative Designer to join our team and help create engaging content for social media advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced teammates, influence creative decisions, and experiment with new ideas and AI-driven workflows.
Your impact:

• Create AI-generated content (images, videos, characters, and more) for social media, advertising campaigns, and internal R&D initiatives.
• Work with a variety of AI models, select the most suitable tools for each task, and integrate them into production workflows.
• Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Analyze creative references and visual styles, adapting content to match the required tone of voice and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, the R&D team, and content creators.

About you:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Seedream, NanoBanana, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Gemini, Leonardo, Kling, Veo, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to tailor prompts to different creative and technical requirements.
• Solid knowledge of composition, visual storytelling, lighting, and color theory.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a refined visual aesthetic.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or 3D Designer.
• A basic understanding of human anatomy and body proportions.
