Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging and high performing advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative performance marketing initiatives by generating new ideas and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve player acquisition, campaign efficiency, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to the iGaming market.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to continuously improve acquisition performance and return on investment.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse, cross functional team.
Requirements:
• Must have hands on performance marketing experience within the iGaming or online gambling industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for an online casino, sportsbook, or other real money gaming product.
• Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition, player journeys, conversion funnels, and revenue focused performance metrics.
• Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including campaign attribution and player reporting.
• Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non consented users.
• Experience with GA4, including event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with various stakeholders.
• A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• The ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast paced environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working within regulated North American iGaming markets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
