Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review construction documents and permit submittals. · Assume responsible charge for the overall economic well-being of assigned project designs. · Perform hydrologic modeling and stormwater runoff calculations. · Conduct horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, and cross-sectional design. · Demonstrate proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewer design, hydraulic modeling, and post-construction stormwater management system design while working with various regulatory agencies. · Effectively communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with diverse teams across design disciplines to achieve a superior work product, including the documentation of design changes. · Lead small/moderate design teams on site development-specific projects.
