Beyond Sports is an AI-based data analysis and visualization company delivering a new way to experience sports. As a Facility / Office Intern, you’ll truly be the heart of our office. You create structure in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything runs smoothly, even on the busiest days.
No two days are the same. You’ll learn from our Office Manager the following tasks:
Ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
Supporting the Office Manager in daily operations
Welcoming visitors and providing general support
Preparing meeting rooms and workspaces
Managing office supplies, groceries, and inventory
Supporting onboarding of new colleagues
Assisting during lunch together with our in-house chef
Supporting internal events and gatherings
Contributing to team activities and outings (e.g., sports events, themed parties, team drinks)
Joining regular check-ins with the office team to improve the workplace experience
