Beyond Wow Plumbing is looking for a people-first Service Manager who delivers results through accountability, teamwork, and disciplined execution.

The Service Manager is a key leadership seat, working in close partnership with the General Manager to help execute the company vision while protecting and strengthening our culture. You’ll help bring structure, rhythm, and accountability to the service department while staying connected to the people doing the work every day.
This is not a “rip it up and rebuild it” role. It’s about learning the business, understanding the team, and then helping us get better—one improvement at a time.
