We're looking for a dependable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping materials moving efficiently throughout our facility. Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Deliver materials to production and shipping departments as needed
- Load outbound shipments accurately and securely
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory by documenting material movements
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents, labels, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the workday
- Sit and operate a forklift for extended periods
- Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
