Qualifications
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Possible exceptions for valid license for Movers only (non drivers)
- Must be able to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs up and down stairs, doorways, and around other obstacles.
- No Theft Charges or Felony Offense within the past 7 years
- Must be 18+ Years Old (21+ requirement to drive)
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Act as a spotter for the Drivers while maneuvering the moving truck into tight spaces, ensuring safety and precision.
- Prepare the job site while Drivers is meeting with the customer to set up the job for success from the start.
- Assist in moving items and boxes, prioritizing careful handling and efficient transport.
- Manage GPS and navigation to support the driver, ensuring distraction-free driving.
- Participate in packing, pad wrapping, and prepping the job site while the Driver coordinates with the customer.
- Contribute to detailed inventory checks and accountability of items before and after the move.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, stepping in to assist with customer queries and concerns when needed.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement to improve job performance.
- Must follow all instructions and directions given from Driver.
