St. John's Lutheran Community Position type: Full-time, benefited,1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, and ALF/IFL. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. We are a tight knit supportive community. This position has the opportunity for leadership growth in either a site coordinator or clinic manager.
