Delivery Driver-Non CDL**3 day weekends**

Bill’s Distributing, Ltd., an industry leader in beer, soda, wine & spirits distribution, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Service and Delivery Representative. The person in this role will be responsible for driving a non-CDL truck to deliver our product. Our service & delivery representatives are known for their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and hard work! Primary Responsibilities

· Efficiently deliver product to customers on assigned routes

· Understands and adheres to all product quality policies and procedures

· Transports and handles all Bill’s Distributing, Ltd. (BDL) products with care, avoiding damage to product as much as possible

· Performs proper check in/out procedure during daily route, including properly completed load sheet information

· Maintains a professional relationship with customers and co-workers

· Conducts business in a safe and courteous manner

· Professionally represents the company at all times, on and off duty

· Promotes the responsible consumption all of BDL products

· Delivers “hot shots”, as assigned

· Maintains appropriate uniform and personal appearance standards

· Maintains appearance of Company vehicles, inside and outside

· Works all required shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays

· Performs other duties, as assigned

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· Must have good communication and basic math skills

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record, no CDL required, but encouraged

· Have a great attitude and willingness to work

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 175 lbs occasionally; and push or pull up to 300 lbs using devices such as a two-wheeled cart or pallet jack.

· Drives company vehicle/truck to deliver product in various weather conditions

Working Conditions/Environment

· Drives or rides as passenger in non-CDL truck to deliver product in various weather conditions

· Performs work at retailers including occasional work in coolers

· Uses 2 wheeled carts to move product

· Uses tablet and portable printer to edit and print customer invoices

· Communicates during shift with company staff, sales staff, or retailers using personal cell phone

· May be required to work extended hours

We Offer:

· Schedule may vary, but most often will be Tuesday – Friday approximately 4am – 2:30pm. 

· Wage is $23.50 - $26.50/hr based upon experience. ($50,000 - $55,000 annually)
