Kingpin Bowlounge Boston Pizza is hiring Hosts/Hostesses!

Are you quick with a smile and a helping hand? Reporting to the General Manager, the host/hostess is responsible for the greeting and seating of all restaurant guests in a prompt, efficient and performing a variety of other tasks within the restaurant.

What will you be doing?

• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
• Greeting guests, providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• Take bowling reservations and assign bowling lanes and shoes.
• Responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant.
• Helping with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

What we're looking for?

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be tech savvy and willing to learn new POS and booking systems.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift objects less than 25 lbs.
