The Role: In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for patients and caregivers—handling calls, verifying insurance, updating records, and ensuring every step of the order process runs smoothly and compassionately.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great people skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
• Able to handle a high volume of calls
• Proficient with computers and data entry
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful customer support
• Assist patients and caregivers by evaluating product options and guiding them toward the best solutions
• Keep communication flowing between patients, families, facilities, and our internal teams
• Enter patient details and order information into our system accurately
• Work with caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to track order updates and ensure all documentation is in place
• Verify insurance, determine cost-effectiveness, and obtain authorizations to move orders forward
