    • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical respiratory experience; previous homecare or field experience highly preferred.

    • Deep clinical knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, and BiPAP modalities.

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be comfortable with extensive daily driving across Indiana (company vehicle provided)

    • Strong independent time-management skills, sales acumen, and a high level of empathy for patients in the home setting.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Travel throughout the state of Indiana to perform initial setups and ongoing assessments for complex respiratory equipment, primarily focusing on Ventilators, BiPAPs, and CPAPs.

    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the safe and effective use of respiratory equipment, proper maintenance, and mask fitting.

    • Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting of ventilators and sleep therapy devices in the field.

    • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records and documentation for all patient encounters.

    • Participate in an on-call schedule to provide after-hours support, emergency equipment troubleshooting, and urgent setups for hospital discharges across the territory.

    • Act as a clinical liaison and brand ambassador to physicians, hospital discharge planners, and sleep labs to drive new referrals.

    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling respiratory supplies, replacement parts, or upgraded equipment during patient visits.
