Why this role matters

As part of our South Region Sales team, you will represent Biocodex Romania in your territory, bringing our portfolio closer to healthcare professionals and helping strengthen our presence where it matters most.

Your mission:

Drive product awareness, build lasting partnerships with physicians, and deliver excellent field execution, in close collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

• Represent Biocodex with professionalism, energy and integrity in every interaction with specialist and family physicians.

• Promote our portfolio through impactful, accurate, and compliant scientific communication.

• Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned area.

• Take ownership of your territory, planning activities with focus, structure, and clear priorities.

• Organize and participate in medical events, meetings, and educational initiatives that support physician engagement and product visibility.

• Partner closely with Sales to contribute to territory objectives and sustainable business growth.

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Medical to bring promotional and medical education strategies to life in the field.

• Share valuable market feedback and field insights to support better decisions and stronger execution.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to your line manager.

What you bring                

• A university degree, ideally in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences.

• Confirmed experience in medical promotion or a similar field-based role.

• Solid experience in at least two years of the following specialties: family medicine, pediatrics, gastroenterology, ENT, or gynecology.

• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• A working style that combines autonomy, collaboration, and high standards.

• A valid Category B driving license.
