Job Description:

Provides advanced specialized expertise in a specific field, working with a high degree of independence to lead projects of moderate complexity and broader impact. Applies deep knowledge and judgment to solve complex problems, provide professional advice, and contribute to improvements aligned with business objectives.

Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
