GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To work directly with housekeeping staff to ensure Birch Tree properties are maintain in a clean and safe manner.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. General educational background without high school completion.

2. Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and dedicated to Birch Tree Values and Mission.

3. Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash for assigned locations.
2. Inspect all areas for cleanliness.
3. Monitor and report health and safety issues to supervisor.
4. Submit cleaning supply requests as needed.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisor and staff.
6. Ensure all housekeeping and cleaning supplies are stored in the appropriate place.
7. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
8. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
