    Job description

    Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Remote — India (Offshore Resource)

    Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (EST)

    About Birdeye

Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands.

Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations — from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level — responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions.

Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2’s 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list — appearing alongside the world’s leading AI companies. We’re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands.

    Role Summary

Birdeye is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing engine in today’s world of AI and Automation. This is a mid-level role (3–5 years of experience) for a hands-on operator who is comfortable working independently across marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI. This role is based in India and will work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time) to align closely with the Marketing and Sales leadership teams and support real-time campaign execution, lead flow, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms (Marketo) including campaign builds, list management, segmentation, and workflow/nurture automation.
    • Own lead lifecycle management — lead scoring, routing, and handoff from Marketing to Sales in partnership with LeanData.
    • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and marketing platforms
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline. • Partner with campaign, demand generation, and sales development teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of email sends, landing pages, and forms.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation-to-CRM integrations (Marketo ? Salesforce, LeanData routing rules).
    • Support UTM tracking, tagging conventions, and attribution reporting standards across campaigns.
    • Document and continuously improve marketing operations processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
    • Assist with list imports/exports, database hygiene, suppression management, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
    • Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders during EST business hours for standups, campaign QA, and troubleshooting.
