We're seeking a dedicated PRN CNA/Med Tech to join our Myers Hall Assisted Living team. Hours and shifts may vary based on 8-hour shift needs. If you're passionate about serving seniors, experienced in medication administration, and thrive in a supportive, mission-driven environment, we'd love to meet you! A Typical Evening as a Medication Assistant: Administer medications accurately using the six rights of medication administration Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Document care and medication administration in the electronic health record (EHR) Maintain medication inventories and coordinate timely reorders Complete narcotic counts at shift change and report discrepancies immediately Follow all medication storage, handling, and destruction procedures Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and family members Help create a safe, comfortable environment for residents
