Junior Customer Support Specialist (E-commerce)

Hi!

We are Bison Commerce, and we’re excited to welcome a new Customer Support Specialist to our team!
We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Are you fluent in English and feel comfortable communicating with ease? Do you prefer working late hours and are available for a shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM?

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively as they arise.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding set KPI goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver smooth and productive customer service.
• Complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills, even surpassing proficiency in your native language.
• Comfortable and highly productive working the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift. (2 remote workdays per week)
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
• A positive, communicative, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to assist others.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage!
