Role Responsibilities

3. Benchmarking and Raising a substantial amount in continuous format from Alumni yearly- creating a mechanism as such

4. Work with the BITSAA Board and the CXO team to devise policies for the disbursal of money.

Role Responsibilities

1. Come up with ways to raise money for BITSAA International’s Charitable causes, scholarship s etc and special projects. Among other things, this role involves:

2. Profiling and maintaining a list of existing and potential donors, High Net-worth individuals and reaching out to them.

3. Identifying the top BITSian executives at major companies and helping the outreach team to set up lists of BITSians in those companies.

4. Do a major drive to register BITSAA.org as a non-profit organization in every company with matching contributions.

5. Help run “Wear a BITS T-Shirt Day” campaign for Fundraising.

Expected Skill Sets

1. Good data mining skills (skilled user of Google search, LinkedIn etc)

Fundraising – Online Marketing

Role Responsibilities

Come up with ways to raise money for BITSAA International’s administrative expenses (at the minimum). The role involves (but is not limited to) the following:

1. SEO/SEM

2. Online Advertisements on BITSAA portal

3. Using Google Analytics and working with BITSAA Communications and Marketing team to measure and sell more space on the portal

4. This role is critical to keeping the BITSAA infrastructure up and running.

Expected Skill Sets

1. Good Technical Knowledge of how SEO/SEM/Online Marketing works

2. Has used/does use some free analytic tools to measure usage and content interaction of own blog/existing company

3. Experience in Online advertisements

Role Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Chapters and collect requirements as per events and get T-Shirts shipped and bought via E-Store and its vendors

2. Coordinate with campus teams and regularly get T-Shirt designs uploaded and work with vendors

3. Get revenue coming-in via a simple mechanism that is by merchandising

Expected Skill Sets

1. Interest in Retail/Merchandising sector

2. Wants to Raise money and will give time

3. Dedicatedly follow-up and coordinate with chapters and vendors to get the product sold on ground
