The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations within an assigned vertical—Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), or Southern Hobby Distribution (SHD). This role leads frontline associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining operational discipline and adherence to standard processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing people, driving daily output, and ensuring consistent execution on the warehouse floor.
