DGO Analyst

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents.
• Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers.
• Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases.
• Assistance in managing State Contracts.
• Ad hoc tasks to assist managers
• Audit support, assist with tasks related in internal and external audits
• Assist with case overflow as necessary

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Good communication skills, including email and verbal communication
• Ability to work as part of a team to drive results
• Customer service and process oriented
• Good understanding of business processes

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience, preferred
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point are a must
• Experience with SharePoint and Service Now
• Ability to work with large amount of data in Excell
