  Service Transformation Program
  Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS.
• Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible.
• Build and execute marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
  Service Transformation – Organization Change Management Project
  Enable services across all processes in the landscape with particular focus on Demand, PPM and Transition Management processes.
• Train the user community how to use, and benefit from the IT Services Catalog.
• Change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model.
• Enhance and execute appropriate training.
• Design and execute marketing & comms plan to anchor the model.
• Train GIS staff to support ‘services’ rather than technology components.
