P2P Lead

Blackmores has embarked on strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways working across our ERP and tech. landscape. This transformation period will enable efficiencies and a reimagined employee experience as we deliver a new, enterprise-wide ERP.

As our ERP Procure to Pay (P2P) Lead, you will play a critical role in taking the P2P workstream through the next phase of the transformation. With core design activities well progressed, your focus will be on finalising solution design decisions, driving build and testing activities, preparing the business for deployment, and ensuring a successful transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Working closely with the ERP Supply Chain Lead, business stakeholders, implementation partners and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver best-practice procurement processes that support Blackmores' future growth and operating model.

This role requires a strong leader, project manager and technical understanding of SAP P2P principles.

This is a fixed-term role until Aug 2028 based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the Procure-to-Pay workstream through build, testing, deployment and go-live activities within the SAP S/4HANA program

• Finalise future-state process designs and support the translation of business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. 

• Partner with implementation teams to validate configurations and ensure alignment with business objectives and fit-to-standard principles. 

• Drive testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution. 

• Support cutover planning, deployment readiness and hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA. 

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other business functions to manage dependencies and deliver integrated end-to-end processes.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Procure-to-Pay, Procurement or ERP professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business process improvement and technology transformation. You can navigate complexity, build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain focus on delivery outcomes.

You will bring:

• Experience leading or supporting Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain process improvement initiatives. 
• Experience delivering ERP or SAP projects within complex organisational environments that have manufacturing (FMCG preferred). 
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice processing and supplier management. 
• Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, cutover or business readiness activities within large transformation programs. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technical teams.
