Purpose of Role
This role holds full business operation accountability for Douyin business, including the Official Flagship Store and key Douyin commerce initiatives. The scope covers annual business planning, livestream and shelf-commerce operations, content and traffic strategy, campaign execution, platform partnership, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth, brand equity and profitability on Douyin.

- Experienced in e-commerce/key account/platform management experience
- Proven ability to manage platform P&L, annual business planning, campaign execution, traffic investment and partner/agency performance
- Strong understanding of Douyin livestream, short video/content operation, paid traffic, store operation and consumer acquisition mechanics
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, project management and data-driven decision-making capability
