We are looking for someone detail oriented, mechanically inclined, with a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULE:
2nd shift, Monday- Friday, 3pm- 12am 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 9pm-6am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Performs routine servicing and repairing of diesel trucks or trailers, depending on the shop. · Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear. · Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units. · Perform repair and customization work as assigned including routine maintenance, brake replacement/repair, suspension repair, electrical and pneumatic and hydraulic component troubleshooting and repair, trailer body repair including complete trailer rebuild. · Provide after-sale services, such as component installation · Inspect the overall condition of Truck and Trailer to ensure that they meet U.S.
Department of Transportation's safety requirements. · Compile inspection reports detailing their findings · Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements. · Ensure the final work product meets quality standards · Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers · Willing to train
