Job Summary
The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans. Applicants are expected to provide a quality care environment in order for the facility to feel like home for residents. Applicants must be certified by a state approved nurse aide program and have an active and in good-standing nurse aide certification.
Skills/Duties- Applicants need to be able to work as a team, have good communication skills, and maintain a good attitude.
Employee Dutiesare as follows:
-Provide assistance in the daily living activities of residents as established in their care plans.
-Assist in feeding, changing, cleaning, and dressing residents.
-Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
-Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
-Observe and report any resident symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions.
-Maintain care of equipment and supplies.
-Make beds and ensure call lights are always in place.
Shifts-
6AM-2PM
2PM- 10PM
10PM-6AM
PRN
Full timeschedule is 4 days on 2 days off NO EXCEPTIONS.
Part timeschedule is 2 days on 4 days off .
